1. Overview: These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Color Moore (the "Store") and your purchase of our digital products. By accessing the Store or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Digital products: All products sold by Color Moore are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

3. License and permitted use: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product with others;
  • Reproduce or copy the product except as needed for your own personal use;
  • Use the product for any commercial purpose unless a commercial license has been expressly purchased.

4. Intellectual property: All digital products, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of Color Moore. Your purchase grants a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights.

5. Delivery and right of withdrawal: Digital products are delivered electronically. Where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal, the sale is final once delivery begins. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Payment: Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, based on your region. Payment must be completed in full before a digital product is delivered. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

7. Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Moore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or province of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
