Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How to start a return
It's simple and self-serve. Just log in to your account, go to your orders, and select the item you'd like to return. Follow the steps and we'll take care of the rest.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase are not eligible for a return, as you gave consent to immediate delivery at checkout.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can still request a return after delivery.
How to cancel
Log in to your account, go to your orders, and select the order you'd like to cancel. If cancellation is still available, you'll see the option there.
