Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, our return and refund policy differs from that of physical products. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

Digital Products

All Color Moore products sold through this website are digital PDF downloads delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your download will be made available immediately through your order confirmation page and/or email.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download has been delivered.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because:

you changed your mind;
you ordered the wrong product;
you no longer need the product;
you expected a physical book instead of a digital download; or
you are dissatisfied after downloading the files.

However, if your purchase cannot be downloaded, is corrupted, or contains a technical defect that prevents normal use, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to provide a replacement file or, when appropriate, a refund.

European Union Customers

If you reside in the European Union (EU), you normally have a legal right to withdraw from purchases of digital content within 14 days.

However, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right no longer applies once the digital content has begun downloading or has been made immediately available, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
